Wot-Box grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for personal and internal business organization purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or resell the service or its underlying infrastructure.
By uploading images, detected contents, and structure data to Wot-Box, you grant us a license to host, process, and safely display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your authorized team members.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we use AI to assist in accurately identifying contents and managing your storage workflows, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the recognition data. You are solely responsible for accurately tracking high-value, hazardous, or perishable items. Wot-Box assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly identified physical items.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wot-Box and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, monetary damages, or physical property loss, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without reasonable notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.
You are solely responsible for all content, images, and data you upload to Wot-Box. By using our service, you agree NOT to upload, store, or share any content that:
Wot-Box reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review and remove any content that violates these Terms of Service without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms of Service, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and your data may be deleted from our active servers.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wot-Box and its operators, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
Wot-Box is designed to help you organize and recall your physical inventory, but it is not intended to serve as a secure or dedicated data backup service. While we strive to ensure the integrity of our databases and implement industry-standard practices, we do not guarantee against data loss resulting from server failures, network attacks, or user error. You are strongly encouraged to maintain your own separate backups of any critical inventory data, financial documents, or high-value asset records tracking.
